In the 1940s and ’50s, the Palm Springs Chi Chi nightclub was a hip little place to come and featured such memorable performers as Nat King Cole, Milton Berle, Lena Horne, Ella Fitzgerald, Red Skelton and Phyllis Diller.

However, the stage was not the only place to behold the well-known stars of the era. Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, and Lucille Ball could be found in the audience, sharing in the revelry.
